Yendora Capital is a commercial mortgage brokerage. We help investors and owner-users arrange commercial real estate financing with third-party lenders. We are not a lender and we do not make loans.

2. What this site is

This site provides general information about commercial real estate financing and lets you submit a deal for an initial review. Nothing on it is an offer to lend, a commitment, or a guarantee of any rate, term, or outcome.

3. Business-purpose financing only

We work on business-purpose and investment-property financing only. We do not arrange consumer loans or financing for owner-occupied primary residences.

When you submit a deal, you are asking us to review it. An initial review is not approval and does not obligate you or us to proceed. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. No commitment or guarantee

Financing decisions, rates, and terms are made by lenders through their own underwriting. We do not guarantee approval, funding, a particular rate or term, or any timeline.

Any calculators or figures on this site are estimates for planning only. They are not quotes, approvals, or commitments to lend.

7. Third-party lenders

If your deal moves forward, financing is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms. We are not responsible for their products, decisions, or conduct.

8. Communications

By submitting a deal or contacting us, you agree that we may contact you about it using the details you provide.

9. Intellectual property

The content, brand, and design of this site belong to Yendora Capital and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability
