Is this a loan application?
No. This is a deal submission for an initial review. It is not an application, and it is not a commitment to lend.
Do I need to upload documents?
No. This version collects deal information only, with no document uploads. If the deal has a path, a lender may request documentation later.
Why do you ask for the property address?
Because the address is part of the read. A deal in one part of a state can be very different from the same deal a few miles away, and the right lender often depends on exactly where the property sits. City and state alone are not enough to place it well.
What if another lender already declined or stalled?
Tell us up front. Knowing where the deal has been helps us understand whether it went to the wrong source or whether the file needs work. Either way, we would rather know at the start.
Do you guarantee approval or funding?
No. Approval and funding are the lender's decision, made through its underwriting. What we provide is an honest assessment and the right lender path.
Should I submit if I am not sure where the deal fits?
Yes. If it does not slot neatly anywhere, send it and we will tell you straight whether there is a path worth pursuing.
